Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with a warm and professional tone.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Manage room keys, mail, and packages for guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations when requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
