Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Restock guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Sort, wash, fold, and distribute laundry according to strict quality standards.
- Follow all hotel safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
