Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, verifying guest identities and collecting payments accurately.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and relay messages promptly to ensure seamless operations.
- Reception Area: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed strictly, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills; experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
