Responsibilities
- Receive and greet guests with a high level of professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
- Manage incoming calls, transfer inquiries, and manage the switchboard with efficiency.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Enforce building security protocols and visitor sign-in procedures.
- Provide directions and local information to guests to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment, phones, and computer software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
