Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve any guest complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform security duties such as key card issuance and room inspections.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
