Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or person.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and front desk inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using property management software.
- Assist visitors with directions, parking, and general information about the facility.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous front desk or reception experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent grooming standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
