Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage)
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using resort management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all company policies and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for role)
