Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries efficiently
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Operate PMS systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards during all shifts
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if required for property errands)
