Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage phone inquiries and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a strong desire to serve others.
