Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and addressing any immediate needs or inquiries.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification, collecting payments, and issuing room keys.
- Reservations: Manage incoming calls and emails for reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and rates.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle correspondence, manage mail and faxes, and maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the management team as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with daily shift reports, maintain accurate records of guest transactions, and perform light clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards of conduct and grooming.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
