Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, with strict accuracy.
- Address guest complaints or concerns immediately and escalate complex issues to management.
- Utilize property management software to update reservations and guest profiles.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a high standard of visual appearance for the lobby and reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
