Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and assists with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manages the front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and processing reservations.
- Provides exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly.
- Maintains a clean and organized lobby area to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Assists with mail services, package handling, and concierge services.
- Updates and maintains guest information in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer operations and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
