Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through check-in/check-out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision

- Maintain accurate records using property management systems (e.g., Opera)

Qualifications

- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in a hotel setting
