Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Tucson residency preferred (local housing stipend available)
