Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee the P&L, develop annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of professional growth and service excellence.
- Guest Experience: personally engage with VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure memorable stays.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and brand awareness.
- Compliance: Ensure all hotel operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality trends, technology, and guest service standards.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
