Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and dining teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Upsell premium services and room upgrades
- Ensure lobby area remains immaculate and welcoming
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and multitasking excellence
