Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless check-in and check-out process, ensuring guest satisfaction and accuracy of data entry.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel procedures.
- Assist in the management of the front desk lobby area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with precision and care.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle cash handling and POS operations with integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
