Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in/out using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
  • Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to uphold our luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and amenities are stocked.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
