You will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and providing a smooth transition to their accommodation.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room changes efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Communication: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and transportation to enhance the guest stay.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
