Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and providing a smooth transition to their accommodation.
  • Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room changes efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Guest Communication: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Concierge Services: Provide recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and transportation to enhance the guest stay.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred.
