Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and secure payment processing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch) is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
