Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservation inquiries, room allocations, and VIP guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Market resort amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record (if valet duties required)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
