Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle reservations accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Process payments and handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room quality standards are met.
- Assist in training junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
