Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying payment details and collecting necessary guest information.
- Reservations: Handle incoming reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Concierge Support: Assist guests with special requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
