Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival, creating an immediate positive impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining recommendations, and hotel services with expertise.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest files, process payments, and handle mail services.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers and standard office software (MS Office).
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
