Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate financial records including cash handling and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and local attractions
- Ensure lobby and common areas are immaculate and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
