Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly operations to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain high standards of service.
- Manage and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and security teams during the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and incident logs.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the Day Manager to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, supervisory roles, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
