Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Perform daily room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
- Handle billing discrepancies and payment processing
- Uphold hotel safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
