Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Communication Excellence: Handle incoming calls and emails with poise, answering inquiries or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, ensuring the lobby is welcoming and tidy at all times.
- Local Expertise: Provide accurate information regarding local Miami attractions, dining options, and hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
- Administrative Support: Process mail, faxes, and deliveries with strict attention to detail and absolute confidentiality.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns immediately and assist in resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred; we welcome entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Attributes: Professional appearance, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
