The Role

You will be the face of The Grand Milwaukee. As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for ensuring every guest has a seamless and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

  • Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
  • Manage guest reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and poise.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
  • Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
