Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile and professional demeanor, checking them in and out efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
