Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-in & Check-out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all guest information is accurate and reservations are up to date.
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, answering questions about the hotel, local attractions, and services with a friendly demeanor.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area for suspicious activity, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and hotel property.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, process payments, and handle correspondence and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist in coordinating room service, housekeeping requests, and maintenance issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism: Must possess a polished, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
