Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed while maintaining guest privacy.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow employees.
- Organize and store cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
