Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Linens & Amenities: Strip beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough final inspections of rooms to identify and rectify any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Stocking: Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring the housekeeping cart is fully stocked and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies, including proper handling of chemicals and emergency procedures.
- Communication: Report maintenance requests and lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is pristine.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for effective communication with the management team.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time or part-time hours as needed.
