Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and concierge services to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests effectively to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Madeline) is preferred.
- Must present a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
