Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests via phone and email, providing exceptional service.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Manage the front desk lobby area to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily financial logs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including inventory management and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
