Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and answer inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with grace and efficiency, escalating complex matters to the management team when necessary.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the lobby area and front desk environment to a pristine standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness for arrivals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front desk or guest services role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
