Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets for assigned shifts
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth transitions
- Implement emergency procedures during critical situations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Illinois Food Handler/Sanitation certification preferred
