Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with package deliveries, mail sorting, and lobby maintenance to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use property management systems (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
