Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Support the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams as needed to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the culinary and event teams to ensure service excellence during banquets and functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate hotel management software.
