Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage email inquiries promptly.
- Assist with front desk operations, including processing payments and handling requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Provide directions and local recommendations to our visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
