Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Manage room reservations and rate adjustments
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Prepare end-of-night reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and services
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
