Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service excellence and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute emergency protocols and maintain safety standards during overnight hours
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities to maximize revenue
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
