Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute nightly audits and report discrepancies
- Assist with emergency protocols and guest safety protocols
- Personalize guest experiences through preference tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and services
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
