Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including staffing, inventory, and guest services
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Train and mentor new team members on hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with departments to maintain seamless service flow
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate preferred
