Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of service.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability for the hotel.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Train new staff on company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to assist in various departments during peak seasons.
