Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using PMS systems
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and local transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
