Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth using our proprietary hospitality software
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations during overnight hours
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact for late-night guest inquiries and service needs
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and facility operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions and local services
