Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs proactively
- Manage night audit procedures and ensure financial accuracy
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to policies
- Prepare end-of-night reports and update guest information
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
