Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests using hotel management systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy during peak night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately
- Execute emergency protocols and ensure guest safety throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
