Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries with 24/7 availability
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using PMS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage daily cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and local services
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for errands as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
